    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit, change, or remove any of the prints in your order. However, if we can catch the order before it is fulfilled, we can cancel it, and you can place another order with the correct items. Please see below for information on canceling your order. 

    Please send us an email to hello@juniperprintshop.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line, we will try our best to stop the order. If you have already received shipping confirmation, or if your order has been processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel your order, but we can assist with a return when the order arrives.

    If the tracking status says “Accepted” then your order has been handed over to USPS and it is awaiting status updates. Please reach out to us if nothing changes within 7 days and we can assist you with the next steps.

    An email with a link to download your print(s) will be sent within a few minutes of your purchase! If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder. Still not there? Shoot our customer care team an email at hello@juniperprintshop.com and we’ll confirm the email address associated with your order and get the files to you ASAP!

    All standard size print orders ship direct from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ within 7 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. At this time we don't offer expedited shipping.

    A frame is not included in your order. We sell prints only. You can shop the Bjorksta frame for oversized art here. We also have a list of frames we love for all sizes here.

    Absolutely! But spray adhesive, dry mounting, or glue can not be used on our prints. We only recommend small pieces double sided adhesive to secure the print to any backing. 

    At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii as well as Canada.  We cannot ship internationally to Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We will be sure to alert our customers if and when that changes. In the meantime, we hope that our digital downloads can still be a great option for you! We're sorry for any inconvenience!
