Where is my order?
For Digital Downloads: An email with a link to download your print(s) will be sent within a few minutes of your purchase! If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder. Still not there? Shoot our customer care team an email at hello@juniperprintshop.com and we’ll confirm the email address associated with your order and get the files to you ASAP!
For Physical Prints: If the tracking status says “Accepted” then your order has been handed over to the mail carrier and is on its way but it is awaiting a status update. Please reach out to us if nothing changes within 10 days and we can assist you with the next steps.
When will my order ship?
For unframed prints, the vast majority of orders leave our offices in Mesa, Arizona within 1-2 days of purchase. Framed prints are custom made to order, so will ship 10-14 business days after purchase. Occasionally, a print may be further delayed due to backorder, high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances. We will alert you if it appears that your order will be substantially delayed. In any case, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
How do I return an order?
Returns are available for unframed print orders for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Click here to start the return process. Return labels will be provided for U.S. based customers. Any duties or fees that may be payable for international returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once a print has been installed in an IKEA Bjorksta frame it [retains a crease and] cannot be resold by Juniper. Because of this, we don’t offer returns on any such previously framed prints. Please make sure you are happy with your print before you try and install it into the IKEA frame!

If you opted to pay for Route at checkout and your order arrives damaged or is delayed in transit without update for more than 7 days, you can file a claim with Route Shipping Protection here. You can file a claim any time within 15 days of a damaged delivery or the last updated tracking date. For Route to process your claim, you will need the order number and email address associated with the order. Once submitted, someone from Route will get back to you within a few days!
How do I change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to adjust your order to edit, change, or remove any of the prints in your order. However, if we can catch the order before it has been shipped, we can cancel it and you can place another order with the correct items. Please see below for information on canceling your order.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send us an email with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line, and we will try our best to stop the order. If you have already been emailed your shipping confirmation, or if your order has otherwise been processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel your order, but we can assist with a return once the order arrives.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please let us know of any shipping or print damage within 15 days of receiving a damaged item. We will help direct you to the proper channels for filing claims in order to get a replacement print or refund.

Once a print is installed in an IKEA frame it cannot be resold by Juniper. Because of this, we don’t offer returns on previously framed oversized paper prints. Please make sure you are happy with your print before you try and install it into the IKEA frame!
How fast do you ship?
We ship from Arizona via USPS Priority and First Class and UPS Ground. Orders in the U.S. generally arrive within 10 days, while Canadian orders can take longer, sometimes several weeks. Occasional delays caused by backordered products or materials, high order volume or adverse weather conditions may cause delays in shipping. In such case, we will make every effort to alert you of the delay and the expected delivery date.
Where do you source your artwork?
We source our art from living artists, as well as vintage pieces either located by Jenny in her travels or licensed from museum partners. Below, please find information about these two:
ART FROM JUNIPER ARTISTS:
We currently work with more than 40 independent artists to offer certain of their works under exclusive licenses. These artists are then paid a commission for each of their prints that is sold. We work closely with our artists to edit and format their artwork in order to optimize the print size and color quality of each work in a way that best highlights the work.
ART FROM OUR VINTAGE COLLECTION:
Most of the prints in our Vintage Collection are vintage flea market finds from Jenny’s travels. The other prints in the Vintage Collection were sourced by the Juniper team from museums and other institutions. Juniper obtains and edits high-resolution digital files of these works, which are no longer covered by copyright or are otherwise in the public domain. While we may edit these files for color, composition and aspect ratio, we are committed to providing attribution to the original artist wherever known. Wherever possible, we have sought to purchase a commercial license to distribute these vintage prints, which gives us the opportunity to further support the institution providing the original artwork.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. We will be sure to alert our customers if and when that changes. In the meantime, we hope that our digital downloads can still be a great option for our customers in other parts of the world! Please note that Canadian orders will have additional import and brokerage fees from the shipping provider.

What is the difference between canvas and paper?
All of the details relating to our paper, canvas and digital download products can be found here.
Where can I buy a frame?
Our custom framing options are available for all paper and canvas prints, from 8x10 up to 30x40. For all oversized prints (31x47 and larger) your best bet is to buy the IKEA Bjorksta frame, which is linked here. If you’re looking to frame Juniper art that you already have, we have a list of standard sized frames here.
If you want to spray paint your IKEA Bjorksta frame, we have a tutorial here, complete with recommendations of some of our favorite spray paints!
How come all prints aren’t available in every size you offer?
We try to offer all of our prints in as many of our sizes as we can. Sometimes, due to the size, shape or other characteristics of the original artwork (such as small vintage art and photography shot on analog film), the art cannot be printed in all sizes and ratios and still meet our image quality standards. All sizes offered are listed on the individual product page for each print.
How do I choose between buying a digital download versus getting a print on paper or canvas?
See a breakdown of which product works best for your needs here.
How do I use the digital downloads?
Our digital downloads are a great option if you are looking for a print to fit a unique frame size or to print on a unique material and don’t need it to be larger than 24x36 inches! The digital downloads for landscape images are also compatible with the Samsung FrameTV. You can learn all about using digital downloads here.
How do I upload images to my Samsung FrameTV?
We have a step by step guide to walk you through uploading your digital downloads to be displayed on your Samsung FrameTV here. Interested in the FrameTV? You can find more information here at the Samsung site.
How do I install oversized art in the IKEA Bjorksta frame?
We have a video tutorial with instructions here!
What is Print Preview?
Print Preview is an awesome resource to help you try out different combinations of Juniper art in your space! You can try it out on mobile devices here.
Do I need permission to print digital downloads?
Printers may ask for written evidence of permission prior to printing our files, especially ones that include an artist signature. You can find that express permission here in our Terms and Conditions under Section 3, ‘License to Use the Prints’. There will also be a link in the email sent with your digital download files that contains these print permissions.
Can I custom frame an oversized print?
Absolutely! If purchasing a print on our Juniper paper, please note that the use of spray adhesive, heated mounting mechanisms, or glue can ruin the print. When installing a paper print at home, we recommend using small pieces of double sided adhesive to secure the print to any backing support. If you are using a custom framer, tell them that they can successfully mount paper prints on foam core or Gatorboard by heat mounting at 140℉ for one minute. Paper prints are also easily mounted using self-adhesive mount board. Canvas prints are less susceptible to damage so may be adhered using spray adhesive and traditional heat mounting methods.
