About The Print: A lush field with wildflowers, a backdrop of green trees, and a cloudy sky.

Our founder, Jenny, puts her many years of experience as an interior designer and an artist to good use while on her travels abroad, where she sources many of our images for our Vintage Collection. Her favorite places to find beautiful paintings and prints are the charming shops and flea markets all over Europe.

Digital:
Sent via email with a link to the digital print files. Our digital files are formatted to print up to 24x36 inches (for larger sized prints, we recommend you shop our paper or canvas prints)
Each file comes with separate ratio options for the following print sizes:

2:3– 4x6, 12x18, 20x30, 24x36
3:4– 5x7*, 9x12, 18x24
4:5– 8x10, 11x14*, 16x20
16:9 (frameratio)** – Prints with a landscape orientation will come with a ‘frameratio’ file for the Samsung Frame TV.

FRAMING

Our custom framing options are available in paper or canvas prints, from 8x10 up to 30x40. Frames come without acrylic or glass covering for a high end, no-glare finish!

Unframed prints are shipped within 3-5 business days while framed prints, which are custom made to order, have a 10-14 day lead time prior to shipping.

For framed print sizes other than 30x40, the selected size reflects the image size, not the dimensions of the final framed print. Framed 30x40 images come framed in the exact dimension of 30x40.

Classic Gold – Frame Width: 2 ⅛ inches, Frame Depth: 1 ½ inches
Vintage Gold – Frame Width: ¾ inch, Frame Depth: 1 ⅜ inches
Bronze + Gold – Frame Width: ⅞ inch, Frame Depth: 1 ⅜ inches
Natural Floater- Frame Width 1 ⅝ inches, Frame Depth 1 ¼ inches

All unframed paper and canvas prints are shipped rolled or in a rigid envelope. You can utilize the IKEA Bjorksta frame for oversized prints (31x47 and larger) and our favorite standard frames under the resources tab in our menu.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders for unframed prints typically leave our Mesa, Arizona offices within 3-5 days of purchase.
Framed prints are custom made once ordered and are generally shipped within 10-14 days after purchase. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

Returns are available for unframed print orders for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Because framed prints are made to order, all sales of framed prints are final, and are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
